- Eligibility Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their province or state at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors and franchise owners of the Sponsor; employees, independent contractors and subcontractors of the Sponsor or any participating franchisee; and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household member” means any person who shares the same residence for at least three (3) months during the Contest Period.
- Contest Period The sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on March 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. There are two (2) ways to enter:
- a) Referral Entry An eligible entrant may submit a prospective customer lead through the Sponsor’s referral form. A “Qualified Referral” occurs when:
(i) during the Contest Period, the entrant completes and submits the Sponsor’s referral form and provides the entrant’s own information together with the referred individual’s name, at least one contact method (telephone number or email address), and property location;
(ii) before submitting the referral, the entrant informs the referred individual about the referral and obtains the referred individual’s authorization to share their contact information with Ideal Siding and for Ideal Siding or a participating franchisee to contact them regarding siding services;
(iii) the entrant certifies on the referral form that the referred individual provided that authorization;
(iv) the referred individual has reached the age of majority, resides in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States, and owns or is authorized to make decisions for a property located within the current service area of a participating Ideal Siding franchisee;
(v) at the time the referral form is submitted, the referred individual is not an existing Ideal Siding customer or an Active Sales Lead. “Active Sales Lead” means an individual whose contact information already appears in the Sponsor’s or a participating franchisee’s records as a current prospect with an open inquiry, consultation or estimate before the referral form is submitted;
(vi) the referral form is submitted before the referred individual signs a contract with Ideal Siding;
(vii) after the referral form is submitted, the referred individual enters into a contract with a participating Ideal Siding franchisee for a siding installation or renovation project; and
(viii) the referred individual completes a Qualified Siding Project during the Contest Period. A “Qualified Siding Project” means that all siding installation or renovation work required by the applicable contract has been performed, the participating franchisee has marked the project complete in its ordinary business records and issued its final invoice during the Contest Period, and the referred individual’s account has no overdue balance when the project is marked complete and at the time of the draw.
The referral form must require the entrant to affirm: “I confirm I have this person’s permission to share their contact information with Ideal Siding and for Ideal Siding to contact them about siding services.”
The Sponsor may verify the referred individual’s authorization. A referral is not eligible if the referred individual states that they did not authorize the disclosure of their information or the contact.
The referring entrant will receive one (1) entry for each verified Qualified Referral. No purchase is required from the referring entrant. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fictitious information, bulk solicitation and referrals submitted without the referred individual’s authorization are not eligible. If the same individual is referred by more than one entrant, the entry will be credited to the first verified referral received. The Sponsor will determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a referral satisfies these requirements.
- b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) To enter without a purchase, mail a 3″ x 5″ index card, entirely hand-printed with your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and the statement, “I have read and agree to the Ideal Siding 2026 Hawaii Trip Sweepstakes Official Rules,” to:

The Prize is a travel credit toward the trip and is not a guarantee that it will cover the trip’s entire cost.

Overage and Taxes: If the winner’s travel arrangements exceed US$4,999.00, the winner is responsible for the difference. All federal, provincial, state and local taxes associated with the Prize are the winner’s responsibility.
- Draw and Odds One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or around April 7, 2027 in British Columbia, Canada. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection.
- Winner Notification and Skill-Testing Question The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by telephone or email within five (5) business days after the draw. The potential winner must provide proof of identity, age and residency, and must sign and return the Sponsor’s Declaration and Release Form within five (5) business days after receiving it.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days after the first notification attempt; does not provide the requested verification; does not return the completed Declaration and Release Form on time; is found ineligible; or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Canadian selected entrants must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone, email or the Declaration and Release Form. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate potential winner.
- Publicity By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and province or state of residence, voice, statements, photograph and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Privacy Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, award the Prize, prevent fraud and fulfill other purposes disclosed at the time of collection. Information about a referred individual may also be used to verify the referral and, based on the authorization certified by the entrant, to contact the referred individual regarding siding services.
Entrants may submit a referred individual’s contact information only after obtaining the authorization described in Section 4(a). The Sponsor may contact the referred individual to verify that authorization. If the referred individual denies providing authorization or asks not to be contacted, the Sponsor will stop promotional contact and the referral will not be eligible.
Any commercial electronic communication will identify the sender, state that the communication resulted from a referral, identify the referring entrant where required by law, and include an applicable unsubscribe mechanism. The Sponsor will not use referral information for automated marketing texts or repeated promotional communications unless it has obtained any additional consent required by applicable law.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://idealsiding.com/privacy-policy/.
- General Conditions The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, tampering, unauthorized intervention or another cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to manipulate entry counts, submit false information or otherwise undermine the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail; interrupted or unavailable networks, servers or websites; transmission errors; or other technical or human errors that prevent an entry from being received or verified. The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entries and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding where permitted by law.
All federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations apply. The total aggregate value of all prizes awarded will not exceed US$5,000.00.
- Governing Law These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal Canadian law, without depriving any entrant of mandatory rights or protections under the laws that apply in the entrant’s jurisdiction. U.S. entrants remain subject to applicable federal and state laws.
