Aaron has built a strong connection to Maryland since moving from North Carolina in 2015, spending several years in Baltimore’s Federal Hill before settling in the Annapolis area. He enjoys the strong sense of community and being close to the Chesapeake Bay, where he spends time boating, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys time with his two children, Evelyn and Oliver, as well as golf, tennis, travel, and discovering new places to eat.
Before joining Ideal Siding, Aaron was the COO of an IT contracting company, managing infrastructure projects for schools, healthcare facilities, and residential buildings. His experience gave him a strong understanding of construction workflows, project coordination, and client relationships. He was drawn to Ideal Siding by the opportunity to build something of his own while staying in an industry he knows well.
