The Ideal Siding Story

Ideal Siding is the fastest growing siding company in Canada. We gathered experience of over a dozen successful siding companies in North America and found a way to improve customer service, labour wages and the price that the homeowner is paying to get the siding replaced.

Now we are excited to welcome new partners to our family! Both entrepreneurs-to-be who will grow the business and investors who make it possible to scale our operations in all locations across Canada and the USA.

Our mission is that every homeowner in Canada and the USA has access to reliable, affordable, and professional siding renovation services.

Our Franchisees are able to offer it as a result of the proprietary system that we use to onboard the best installers in the industry. We also built the financial model that works in all markets; it allows us to survive any storm in the economy and scale fast when the market is recovering.

I do not know anything about siding. Do I need to have any construction experience?
We are looking for candidates with a passion for helping others and who want to build the business they are proud of. We will provide you with all the training you will require to start your own successful franchise partner story. With support from our office and other franchise owners, you will always have experienced and qualified advice, just one phone call away.
Where do I find my construction crews?
You will be provided with a list of experienced and trustworthy crews through our proprietary system. The quality of workmanship is paramount to the success of our franchise, so we approach the selection process very carefully. You make the final decision on which crews you choose to work with.
How long is the training program?
We start with one week of online training modules and then process to hands-on training part, which can take up a couple of weeks based on the territory the franchise is located at. The training and support are continuous throughout the entire time of your business building journey with us.
Do I need an office outside of the home?
There is no need in one as most of the administrative tasks are taken care of by our Head Office.
How will I attract customers and generate sales?
We will provide you with a list of clients through our proprietary system of marketing systems and in-house call centre. The call centre team will answer all phone, email and social media inquiries on your behalf and will schedule estimates with the homeowners.
What if my area already has many siding companies on the market?
Throughout many years of experience, we have developed a successful business model that works not only on small markets with a little competition but also on large, highly saturated ones. Our company was founded in Vancouver, which has the highest competition on the siding market out of all cities in Canada.

What support do you offer beyond the initial training?
The Head Office team will take care of all your marketing on both local and national levels. Our call center will take care of all client’s inquiries, quote calculations, design mock-ups. You will benefit from the recognition we received in the market and successful partnerships with manufacturers.
How do I generate sales?
We will provide you with time tested sales strategies in over 75 pages Operating Manual. Our market-leading lead generation platform helps us reach a vast amount of clients in every city. Siding can be installed all year long, with the exception of extreme weather conditions, so you should have continuous revenue stream no matter the season. Of course, Spring and Summer are the busiest times for siding replacement, but you also should have enough business in Fall and Winter as well.
Who schedules my appointments?
Our central office will schedule appointments for you, so you can focus on the day-to-day operations of your franchise.
