Oleg Doronin
Oleg has called Metro Vancouver home for over 13 years and has built a strong connection to the local community while raising his family here. He values the pride homeowners take in their properties and finds real satisfaction in helping families improve their homes—making them safer, stronger, and more visually appealing. Outside of work, Oleg enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and their dog. He also loves cooking and is a big UFC fan, making the most of his downtime whenever he can.
Before joining Ideal Siding, Oleg owned his own business and worked in management and operations, gaining valuable experience in leadership and running efficient, customer-focused projects. He was drawn to Ideal Siding as a way to apply that background to work that has a more direct and visible impact on homeowners. Today, he focuses on delivering well-managed siding projects with clear communication, honest guidance, and attention to detail. His approach is simple: be transparent, communicate clearly, and ensure every project is handled with care from start to finish.
