Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
What the role is all about:
In this role, you will be coordinating the project delivery and communicate to the office the status of the project and any changes, including:
- Hiring, managing and assigning the crew for the project;
- Ordering materials and equipment necessary for each project;
- Supervising crews (3-4 crews);
- Working closely with clients to answer any technical questions they may have and ensure their satisfaction with the project;
- Communicate daily with Project Manager and Foremen on all project activities including any schedule conflicts or changes, workload and material deliveries, change orders and other issues that arise;
- Submitting reports about the progress of the projects to the General Manager.

- Providing clients with samples, catalogues, discussing their needs and possible solutions;
- Making necessary measurements of the buildings and sending the details to the office managers (our office managers calculate budgets and pricing of the project and send it to the customer);
- Following up with customers and managing the database of prospects;
- Collaborating with Operations Manager to discuss the scope of projects, its budget, and schedule;

We are looking for experienced siding crews to join our team. We pay up to $5 per square foot for labour for renovation projects. Projects all over Greater Vancouver, Calgary, Greater Toronto Area, Nanaimo and Victoria. Come to do one project for us or stay long-term.
Single-family homes only, renovation and new construction. Vinyl, Hardie, Maibec, Longboard and cedar siding.
On-time payments. On-time material deliveries. Professional management. Preferably piece work. Preferably your own WCB account and GST number. Having your own tools is a must.
