Meet The Project Manager

My name is Luis Rodriguez. I have over 25 years of professional work experience and approximately 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on siding, exterior repairs, and project management. I have lived in Houston for the past 7 years. I really enjoy the warm weather, the green areas, and the overall character of the city. Houston is a very active market, especially for exterior home repairs, and I understand the type of weather-related issues homeowners face here, including humidity, rain, and long-term siding deterioration.

Before joining Ideal Siding, I developed extensive professional experience in leadership, client relations, project coordination, and problem-solving. These skills have been very valuable in my role as Project Manager, where communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer trust are essential.I joined Ideal Siding because I believe construction is about more than just repairing or improving a house. It is about helping homeowners protect and improve one of their most important investments. I enjoy identifying problems, finding the right solutions, and making sure the work is done properly, with quality, responsibility, and respect for the client’s home.

I am a family man and a father of four children. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially outdoors, whether that means walking, going to the beach, visiting nature areas, or simply enjoying time together. I also enjoy fitness and staying active. My commitment to every client is simple: to listen carefully, understand their needs, and help them improve their home with honesty, quality, and attention to detail. My goal is for every homeowner to feel confident, well-informed, and satisfied throughout the entire project.
