Hawaii Trip Sweepstakes Official Rules

  1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Ideal Siding Franchising Inc., headquartered in British Columbia, Canada (the “Sponsor”).

  1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their province or state at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and franchise owners of Ideal Siding, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

  1. Contest Period

The sweepstakes began on January 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on March 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside this window will not be eligible.

  1. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. There are three ways to enter:

  1. A) Completed project (automatic entry)

One (1) entry will be awarded to any client who finalizes a siding installation or renovation project within the Contest Period and identifies themselves as a referred customer.

  1. B) Qualified referral (automatic entry)

Clients who submit a referral that results in a completed estimate during the Contest Period receive one (1) entry per qualified referral.

  1. C) Free alternate method of entry (AMOE — no purchase required)

To enter without a purchase, mail a handwritten card or letter including your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

One (1) entry per envelope. Entries must be postmarked by March 25, 2026, and received by March 29, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.

Entry limit: Maximum five (5) entries per person across all methods combined during the Contest Period.

 

  1. Prize

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) travel voucher, gift card, or credit with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $4,999.00 USD. The Prize will be issued by a major travel provider or airline (e.g., Envoyage Group, or a similar major travel agency or carrier) to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Prize is intended to be used toward roundtrip economy airfare and hotel accommodations for a trip to Hawaii for the winner and one (1) guest.

Prize Conditions & Restrictions:

  • Winner’s Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for booking all travel. The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or issues arising from the travel provider.
  • Exclusions: The Prize does not include travel insurance, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, incidentals, or any other expenses not specifically mentioned above.
  • No Cash Value: The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash substitution or credit for any unused portion of the Prize will be provided.
  • Overage: If the winner’s chosen travel arrangements exceed $4,999.00 USD, the winner is responsible for the difference.
  1. Draw

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or around March 30, 2026, conducted in British Columbia, Canada. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

  1. Winner Notification and Skill-Testing Question

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email within five (5) business days of the Draw Date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days after the first attempt, or fails to return the executed Declaration and Release within five (5) business days of receipt, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.

Canadian winners: To be declared an official winner, the selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone or email.

  1. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes by the Sponsor, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  1. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this sweepstake in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Any attempt to manipulate entry counts or otherwise undermine the integrity of the sweepstakes may result in disqualification. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The total aggregate value of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes will not exceed $5,000.00 USD. Taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  1. Governing Law

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal Canadian law. U.S. participants are also subject to applicable federal and state laws.
